Our feet are often the unsung hero's of our daily journeys and they often don't get the attention they deserve or the care they require. They are the foundation of our mobility- they carry us through life's adventures so we can explore one step at a time.
How can you show some love to your feet?
1) Regular inspections- check for cuts, blisters, calluses, or any wounds.
2) Keep them clean and trimmed- wash your feet daily and dry thoroughly, especially in between the toes to prevent fungus. Trim toenails straight across to prevent ingrown toenails.
3) Moisturize- hydrate your skin, but avoid putting moisturizer between toes to prevent fungus.
4) Proper footwear- invest in comfortable, supportive shoes that fit well.
5) Stay active- keep those feet moving with gentle exercises and stretches.
6) Seek professional care if you are unable to care for your feet yourself.
