The liver plays an important role in our body. It does more than just clean out our junk or detoxify our body.

  1. The liver helps produce proteins for blood plasma, produces cholesterol & carries fat through the body.

  2. It helps convert extra sugar into energy to use later.

  3. It helps clear the blood of drugs & other poisonous substances.

  4. It also helps make immune factors and removes bacteria from the bloodstream. 

    When the liver isn't functioning at it's best we can have lots of issues in our body including: seasonal allergies, acne, eczema, psoriasis, IBS, Crohn's, Colitis, PCOS, endometriosis, and emotional issues such as anger, frustration and resentment.

  • Drink dandelion tea

  • Reduce household toxins

  • Exercise

  • Increase fibre (fruits, veggies, flax seed, whole grains)

  • Increase water intake
