Here is a breakdown of some essential vitamins our bodies need:

Vitamin A-
our body needs vitamin A for healthy vision, skin, teeth, bones, and reproduction. You can find Vitamin A in liver, eggs, fish, milk, carrots, sweet potatoes, pumpkin, and spinach. 


Vitamin C-
this acts as an antioxidant, helps make new cells and improves immune health. You can find this in fruit, pure fruit juices, peppers, broccoli, tomatoes, and spinach. 


Vitamin D-
helps strengthen bones, teeth. Supports calcium and phosphorus uptake in the body. Can be found in egg yolk, fatty fish, liver and of course the sun. 


Vitamin E
- stabilizes cell membranes, and acts as an antioxidant. Can be found in nuts, seeds, avocado, tofu and whole grains. 


Vitamin K
- is essential for blood clotting and regulating blood calcium. Can be found in leafy greens, broccoli, brussel sprouts and liver.
